As a general rule, I prefer front mounted equipment. But, I’m always willing to consider rare and unique rear mounted equipment such as the Viking Roller Blade. The description as listed in the SDE brochure:
Roller Blade–VIKING
Versatile roller blade with seeder. Grades, levels, mulches, and distributes seed. Grid-type roller leaves a distinctive soil pattern to absorb rainfall, resist erosion. By use of the slicing attachment, this machine can be used to aerate, fertilize, and over-seed existing lawns. Roller blade width is 36 inches. Width of seeder is 30 inches.
